Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my order?

We work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible. The current processing time is 3 business days to fulfill in-stock orders, excluding federal holidays. You’ll receive a notification from us after your order has been shipped with the tracking information and estimated shipping time.

If you’ve ordered a back-ordered item, you will be notified when the item becomes available and is shipped.

What is your cancellation policy?

We can accept cancellations only on unfulfilled orders within 24 hours of purchase. If you are within the 24-hour cancellation period, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to cancel your order.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If there is a problem with your order or you have changed your mind, you may return your purchase for a full refund less a $7 restocking fee if returned within 14 days of purchase. See our Refunds and Returns Policy for more information and to begin your return.

My order is missing or delayed.

If you seem to be missing your package, please contact the carrier service and see if they can assist. Sometimes, carriers mark packages delivered but they are not actually delivered until the next business day. Also, check with your neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong address. We’re not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages.

Do you offer wholesale or private label?

We do! Get in touch with us to learn more.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to addresses in the US. If you’re located outside of the US and are interested in wholesale or private label, please get in touch.

What is The Sewing Training Academy?

The Sewing Training Academy (STA) is helping to bridge the gap between the lack of workers skilled in industrial sewing and the abundant jobs available in the field by providing training opportunities to local artisans as well as refugees looking to create a better life in Nashville.

The STA is a program of Catholic Charities and was established in collaboration with the Van Tucker, formerly of the Nashville Fashion Alliance (NFA). Since their inaugural class in August 2015, theu’ve trained more than 250 students in industrial sewing.

Their goal is to be a hub, not only a trusted source for employers to find great sewers to join their team, but also a place where students can learn a trade and find their own road to success. They exist to help people better their lives through sewing.
